Bryce Roberts

Bryce Roberts is a National “D” licensed coach, who joined the Bayshore SC staff in 2018 as the head coach of the Bayshore Thorns (2010 girls).  He has also had roles as the head coach for 2008 and 2009 girl’s teams and is a US Soccer Grassroots Referee.

Bryce strives to provide a positive and challenging environment to develop each player’s confidence and skill-set. 

I believe coaching is about a lot more than just teaching the sport; it is about developing character, integrity, teamwork, and confidence of every player that steps on the field.  I push every player to dig deep and always give their best effort.  If you give your best, then we will see your best!

After a two-year term as the Bayshore SC Vice President, he was appointed Club President in January of 2023, with a vision expanding the beautiful game as far as the volunteers of this community-based club can take it!
