Bill Kostka

Coach Kostka has been with Bayshore SC since the spring of 2018. Holding a USSF E license, Coach Bill's philosophy includes that "players gain confidence and a love for the game through positive feedback from coaches, parents and teammates. " He adds "during training, fundamental skills, technical training and team tactics will be the concentration. During game play is where the players will put what they've learned in training to work." Since joining the EDP league, Galaxy have been promoted from Championship 2 level play to Premier 4 level of play. Coach Kostka has proudly produced 2 players to be selected for the Maryland State Olympic Development Team (Maryland ODP). Team Galaxy has rostered players from the following counties: Kent, Queen Anne's, Talbot, Caroline and Anne Arundel.

Coach Kostka is the Head Coach of the boys’ Galaxy.
